The system has evolved drastically by learning from difference in cultures across this planet. As a system governing the planet it simply cannot have such rule like one size will fits all. Rules are always varying based on individual mindsets and system is smart enough to accept and respect every perspective. It is the Jesus, Allah & Ram at the same time for different audiences. But there is always a guiding set of principles above all with which the world is being run. As time passes these are evolving as well based on necessities of time. For example, world cannot be run now the way it was run in 1950s because people mindsets have changed drastically over time and it will continue to do so in future as well. System always finds the right balance for any such change and it will stive to improve existing tirelessly. To site an example, I would say at present system can assume the right balance that is beneficial for everyone in the world is globalization. The day globalization is no longer viable it will move on finding the next perfect design that can accommodate everyone. Each iteration or such change is thoroughly tested at so many layers before implementing as final. It exerts an unusual effort for doing this. Considering it might be a trillion times smarter than any individual on this planet, guessing you can imagine the level of effort it takes to do such change. And once it fixes on each change it will find individuals capable of administering such change and places accordingly throughout the hierarchies of society. That's how our society/mankind evolves over time.
